The provision of clean, adequate, reliable, and convenient water and sanitation services continues to be a paramount priority for the Board of Directors. We are very much cognisant of the constitutional right to water and the standards that have been established to enhance the attainment of this fundamental right.  

We are also very much alive to the fact that as one of the agents of Busia County Government, we have an uphill obligation to contribute  to the aspiration of the county in achieving universal access to water and sanitation services
